You Inc. Pregnant & Parenting Teen Program free

The Pregnant and Parenting Teen (PPT) program provides comprehensive prenatal, parenting education, dropout prevention, pregnancy and HIV prevention counseling, and supportive services to pregnant and parenting teens and their infants across Southern Worcester County. The PPT program provides skilled nursing support, school and home visits, counseling and crisis intervention, case management, prenatal and teen mother support groups, life skills and parenting education for both girls and boys, transportation, and social service advocacy/referral.

The Young Parents’ Learning Center was established to provide childcare for students enrolled in high school studies. The center strives to support the ongoing development of the child through exploration and collaborative learning experiences. In addition, the parents of the children are active participants in center activities and are expected to spend time in the room caring for their child while developing their parenting skills.

Youth Opportunities Upheld (Y.O.U.), Inc.

Youth Opportunities Upheld, Inc. is a private, non-profit child welfare and behavioral health organization serving at-risk children, adolescents and families in the Worcester county area since 1971.

Today, Y.O.U., Inc. is one of the leading child welfare, behavioral health and education agencies in Massachusetts, offering more than 45 exceptional programs at 32 distinct sites, within five components: Family Support Networks, Education and Employment, Out-of-Home Care, Community-Based Services, and Behavioral Health.
Our growth and success over these many years is the direct result of the outstanding work of our staff of nearly six hundred full and part time professionals – including a leadership team with a combined 250+ years of experience – partnered with our talented Board of Directors. Over four decades, the organization’s leadership has worked tirelessly to set a clear vision, and to follow a thoughtful strategic plan.
