The Cape Cod Family Resource Center offers family support services, family partners, clinical assessments, referrals, and school support services that aim to nurture, support, and educate children, parents, and other caregivers. All services are offered to families at no cost, regardless of insurance or income.

Cape Cod Parent Education & Support Calendar free

The Cape Cod Family Resource Center and the Cape Cod Neighborhood Support Coalition compile and distribute the most comprehensive list of parent education and support opportunities on and near Cape Cod each month. This valuable resource is free to local families.

The Massachusetts Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program provides nutrition and health education and other services free of charge to Massachusetts families who qualify. WIC's goal is to help keep pregnant, breastfeeding women, and children under age 5 healthy. WIC offers: Personalized nutrition consultations, checks for healthy food, referrals for medical and dental care, health insurance, childcare, housing and fuel assistance, and other services that can benefit the whole family.WIC also offers immunization screenings and referrals, breastfeeding support, nutrition and health workshops on a variety of topics including meal planning, maintaining a healthy weight, picky eaters, caring for a new baby, and shopping on a budget.
