Healthy Families is a home-based family support and coaching program that supports young, first-time parents and helps them create stable, nurturing environments for their children. You must be pregnant or parenting a child under the age of one, be twenty or under, and live in Massachusetts in order to be eligible for services.

This program provides services in the following towns: Allston, Back Bay, Boston, Brighton, Brookline, Chinatown, Dorchester, Downtown Boston, Fenway, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, North End, Roslindale, Roxbury, South Boston, South End, West End, and West Roxbury.
